The popup top is composed of four separate parts:

1. The fiberglass shell

2. The tent frame with hardware

3. The tent

4. Headliner

After cleaning the inside of the shell of all old headliner foam and glue, I fabricated a new headliner, painted the tent frame and replaced some missing hardware required for holding the popup up (knobs).

The headliner is not glued in yet and I still need to glue the tent to the frame. The entire popup will be installed after the headliner is installed in the camper.
