Upper and Lower Hull Liner Sections
The hull liner will be installed in two sections. The upper section will be fitted around the windows and the lower section will go from the middle tack strip down to the lower camper frame.
Test Fit Windows
Before installing the upper section of hull liner I will pop each window and door frame in to test fit them and also to mark the outline of the window and door frames. This lets me know where I need to trim and staple or glue the hull liner in.
Upper Section Installation
I installed the padding to the upper section of camper. The 1/4" foam helps hide bumps and irregularities from the wall insulation. It also will help smooth out the vinyl.
Floor Template
After installing the upper section I decided that I needed to get the floor in. Since this camper did not have an existing floor I will need to make a template from scratch and custom fit a new floor. After I get the new floor in I can finish padding the lower section and install the vinyl covering.
