What is the process for getting something recovered?

In general this is the basic process for getting something recovered:

  1. The client contacts us for an estimate (Most rough estimates can be given based on a picture of the item)
     

  2. If the rough estimate is within budget for the project we setup a free in house estimate.
     

  3. The client selects the material for the project and a formal estimate is created.
     

  4. If the client approves the estimate, a work order (invoice) is created and a deposit  of 1/2 of total project is taken, the client signs the invoice.
     

  5. We will check stock with our suppliers on the selected material and order the materials for your project.
     

  6. When we are ready to start on your project we will schedule either a pickup or drop off time and date.
     

  7. When we complete your project we will send you pictures and schedule a delivery or pickup time and date.
     

  8. The balance is due when the job is done.
